Hampton Allen is the Applause Director & Owner/Operator of ENCORE Productions in Tampa, FL, an agency that provides strategic design, photo, and video production to a high-profile clientele, including Miller/Coors, MiLB, MLB, PGA, and NFL Alumni Association. He is an expert in Digital Photography, Graphic Design, Event Management, Marketing Communications, and Public Relations.
Hampton is the FOUNDER of the SKIN! Art Show, a celebrated Fine Arts Non-Profit Charity in Tampa. Its core mission is to empower the local creative community by providing vital fine art education, coaching, and showcase opportunities for visual artists, models, poets, and musicians. The organization's impact has been consistently recognized, earning it a finalist spot in Creative Loafing Tampa's Best of the Bay Awards since 2021.
Beyond the arts, Hampton is dedicated to civic betterment as a Director on the Executive Board of Fox Foundation Tampa Bay, which focuses on equity and inclusive projects. He is also a long-standing Brand Ambassador for the Clearwater Jazz Holiday and serves on the Board of the Allen Education Fund, assisting Florida's Title 1 teachers.
Hampton holds a degree in Speech Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
